They have installed a few systems for me, from a small Mitsubishi system, to major heating and A/C units to major air cleaning systems. In every instance the price was right, they were here exactly when the were scheduled and the work was superb.

About Blairsville, GA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Blairsville is a small, Union County, Georgia city that also serves as the county seat. As of 2010, this community had a population of roughly 650 residents, and with a total area of just over one square mile, this city is also small geographically. Blairsville is named for James Blair, a veteran of the Revolutionary War, and historically the community is known for having the purest gold found in the mountains.

Despite being a small city, Blairsville is home to some interesting attractions. There are several popular festivals held in the community each year, including the Sorghum Festival. Each October, the community celebrates the sorghum harvest and showcases rural mountain culture with clogging and bluegrass music. In addition to other events like the Spring Arts and Crafts Festival and the Green Bean Festival, residents and visitors may enjoy spending an afternoon at Butternut Creek Golf Course.

While Blairsville is part of a humid subtropical climate zone, its elevation leads to lower nighttime temperature than experienced in other places within the Southeastern United States. The daily average temperature in January is just over the freezing point at 36 degrees Fahrenheit, and while the area also sees more rainfall than neighboring communities, most winters will go by without seeing any measurable snowfall. Due to the cold temperatures that make their way into the area, especially at night, Blairsville residents will need to have access to a heat pump or furnace to keep their homes warm.

Summer highs in this community average in the mid-80s. Conditions are quite humid with frequent rainfall, and about eight days per season will see highs that exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit. When this hot weather strikes, certain populations could be especially susceptible to suffering from a heat-related illness, so a home that is properly cooled with an air conditioning system is a necessity.
