Company is outstanding! They answer the phone they return calls promptly show up early or on time. The service guys are funny friendly and efficient. It was my thermostat. I did not have them install a new one originally but they installed the one I bought for free! Tested unit. Go to people!

Young tech very polite and professional did indoor and outside unit checks/cleaning. This was a new unit install last Dec and I just wanted system checked in warmer temps. Have know and used Mckinney since 2000 and never any problems. Thank you all at Mckinney.

Had David out this morning for the first of our two yearly services. We found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Gave us some good advice on filter use and what to look for in addition to another tip for maintaining our system. Would highly recommend McKinney for your HVAC needs!

McKinney saved the day! Specifically Josh Wolfe. A huge storm knocked out our HVAC and the very next day Josh came to the rescue. We thought the whole control panel was fried. But no! Josh’s knowledge and expertise got things up and running within minutes. We are eternally grateful and cool as cucumbers.
