Arrived at our second home in dead of winter. Furnace was not working. Placed a call at 7:00am, Mckinney Tech came on out same day. Had parts on van, repaired furnace at a reasonable price. Great people and professional too.

I've used McKinney H/A for over 25 years. They installed my original system in 1999, and then installed my new system in 2019. Their service techs are always super knowledgable and polite, and follow-through with all they need to do. Plus, they are honest; they will say when there are things that don't need to be done. McKinney H/A is superior to everybody else in the business in this area!

I feel like I hit the jackpot when I hired this company to install and maintain a brand new heat and air conditioning system. They were professional they showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent job. But even better than that is if I ever needed them to make an adjustment on the system they would show up immediately and take care of it with a smile. You cant go wrong with this company.

After years of struggling with an old and inefficient air conditioner, I decided to hire mcKinney heating & air for an air conditioner replacement job. Best decision ever! The new unit is energy-efficient and very quiet, wish I would of made this decision sooner.

The best HVAC contractor in northern Georgia! Always punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Previously used them for annual maintenance contract then when the 25 year old system was no longer repairable they installed a new system complete. They returned my call to ask about the issue. I explained what happened and how it is better now. (I called on Christmas Eve and they were literally booked for three days because the temperature was -9 with windchill). They were helpful in explaining, over the phone, the issue and why it occured. They saved me over $100. Very thankful.

I don't usually write reviews but I hope that everyone starts calling these folks!! I had major issues with my AC/Heat (not working). I spoke with Jessica first and she got the wheels rolling. I met Steve and he did some work, and then he and Dave returned to finish as it was a huge undertaking. I spoke often with Jessica and Kylie, and they were always professional and kind. Dave returned one more time to complete the final steps and my heat works!! The first time it has been correct in more than 5 years. I am so thankful to these people!! And, they reminded me that one of the bigger issues was still under warranty!! BTW ~ Steve and Dave are professional and honest. I am so tickled!
