5 out 5 stars for sure for these guys! Had a team come out to install a new ac unit in my home and they did an incredible job for a reasonable price.

If you live in the area I highly recommend giving mckinney heating and air a call, you won't find a company that cares more about their customers and getting the repair or installation work done right.

I have lived in Hiawassee for over a decade and since i've lived here Mckinney is the only company I use, their techs are repsectful and very skilled. I have yet to meet a tech that couldn't fix our system, they come out every year to do our ac maintenances on my 2 systems.

I was out of town and got a call from my sister who was at the house saying my ac system wasn't working blowing warm air. These guys came out same day and got it back up and running.

The best HVAC contractor in northern Georgia! Always punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Previously used them for annual maintenance contract then when the 25 year old system was no longer repairable they installed a new system complete. Done in a week and we are very pleased with the company, people and the unit. Thanks Gary!

Called and left a message, they called me back the same day and set up an appointment and came when they said and did a good job.

Dave did a great job replacing the fan in outside unit. Professional as always!

They returned my call to ask about the issue. I explained what happened and how it is better now. (I called on Christmas Eve and they were literally booked for three days because the temperature was -9 with windchill). They were helpful in explaining, over the phone, the issue and why it occured. They saved me over $100. Very thankful.

I don't usually write reviews but I hope that everyone starts calling these folks!! I had major issues with my AC/Heat (not working). I spoke with Jessica first and she got the wheels rolling. I met Steve and he did some work, and then he and Dave returned to finish as it was a huge undertaking. I spoke often with Jessica and Kylie, and they were always professional and kind. Dave returned one more time to complete the final steps and my heat works!! The first time it has been correct in more than 5 years. I am so thankful to these people!! And, they reminded me that one of the bigger issues was still under warranty!! BTW ~ Steve and Dave are professional and honest. I am so tickled!

I strongly recommend McKinney Heating and Air. Two of their service personnel, Evans and Ben, just installed a new system for us and we were very impressed with their work. Also, was very pleased with Gary and the entire quote process.

Many local recommendations for this company. We agree!. Requested quote on new system, Rep was professional and even took time time to examine present dead unit and get it running again.

I highly recommend McKinney Heating and Air. I have not found another company to be as honest as they are. I am always impressed. I had another company come out and they told me my unit had to be replaced. That was 4 years ago and McKinney keeps telling me that it is going strong. They are on time, professional, and reasonable in price. You can't ask for anything more. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend McKinney Heating & Air. David came by to fix my leaking A/C unit and had it running like new in no time. He took the time to clean the coils (which was not done by the previous company I hired.) He was thorough, efficient and polite. It’s nice to be able to have a reliable and trustworthy company in town!
